Balanced Fitness and Health is one of the only true functional fitness gym in downtown San Diego. Our Mission is to provide our members the results they have been seeking by supplying them all the tools and education they will need in an environment which nurtures a sense of community and a lifestyle based on the emphasis of whole body and mind wellness.

Brian went through a 12 week training program which included the following services to maximize his results:

  • A movement analysis to reduce the risk of injury and maximize performance
  • Utilized 3 training sessions a week with one of our seasoned trainers
  • Had a realistic nutrition program tailored with the foods he enjoys
  • Took advantage of our Basal metabolic rate testing which allowed him to dial in his training and nutrition combined
