Balanced Fitness and Health is one of the only true functional fitness gym in downtown San Diego. Our Mission is to provide our members the results they have been seeking by supplying them all the tools and education they need. We provide an environment which nurtures a sense of community and encourages a balanced lifestyle based on complete body and mind wellness.
