Balanced Fitness and Health will be hosting a special presentation called “Realistic Resolutions: How to Overcome the Things that Stop You from Reaching Your Goals” on January 27th, 2015 at 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. This event is free for all members and non-members. Presented by Kate Allgood, a Sports Psychology Coach/Consultant from Quantum Performance, she will be highlighting the following:
- Learn how to make sure your goals are S.M.A.R.T.: S-Specific M-Measurable A-Attainable R-Realistic T-Time Sensitive.
- “Slow and Steady Wins the Race” – Reaching realistic goals one at a time
- Creating positive rituals around each goal that lead to good habits
