In 5 weeks, Balanced Fitness & Health will jump-start you to health and wellness. The equivalent of only $24/session, our fitness package includes:

  • 2 personal ½ hour training sessions/week

However, the winner of the Weight Loss Challenge (the person who has lost the most percentage of weight overall), wins a 1 year membership to Balanced Fitness and Health as well as 10 additional personal training sessions.
