LYNLEY MOSES
Lynley is a certified Personal Trainer with American College of Sports Medicine.  She has BS in Kinesiology,  concentration in Fitness Specialist and an Associates in Nutrition Science. She currently is a Fitness Specialist with the Navy as well. Lynley is pursuing an additional certification as an Exercise Physiologist.  She has 5 years of experience specializing in High Intensity Interval Training, Strength / Endurance Training, Weight loss, Toning and Sculpting. Her goal is to educate people on how to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through proper fitness and wellness.

VERA ROSS
Vera is an AFAA certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a passion for helping others create healthier, happier lives through fitness and nutrition.  She has over 10 years combined experience as a competitive athlete and as a professional in the fitness industry.  Vera has a very holistic approach to training, meaning that she takes into consideration each client’s entire lifestyle.  Not only does she design the workouts for your needs, but she also talk’s about your daily routines, meals, clean eating, and all the elements of a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.  That way her clients always walk away with a solid foundation and results that they know how to maintain on their own.

AMBER REYES

Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her passion is helping others achieve their goals in the gym and helping her clients gain a healthy and positive outlook on life. Her background in competitive sports, strength/endurance training, and weight management gives her ample experience to help you reach your goals. No matter what your objectives are – gaining or losing weight, putting on muscle, or being able to run a 10k – Amber will be able to help you create a well-rounded plan that you can work towards inside and outside the gym.

Hobbies: traveling/going on adventures, cooking, reading, taking Quinn (my puppy) to  the dog beach, going on hikes, and anything that allows me to be outside.
